Cancellation Policy for Enchanted Garden Event Venue

At Enchanted Garden Event Venue, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our business and the commitment we make to our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Full Refund Option: If you cancel your event within 30 days of booking, you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made, with the exception of a $100 non-refundable fee.

2. Deposit and Non-Refundable Fee: For cancellations made after the initial 30 days, a deposit of $100 will be retained from any payments received to cover administrative costs and time allocated for your event.

3. Cancellation Notification: To cancel your event, please notify us in writing at least [insert number of days] days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

4. Missed Opportunities: By reserving your date, we may have turned away other potential customers wishing to book the same time. Therefore, in addition to the $100 retained, we reserve the right to retain an additional charge based on the estimated revenue lost from missed rental opportunities due to your cancellation. This charge will be assessed at our discretion.

5. Final Amount Retained: The final amount retained upon cancellation will include the $100 non-refundable fee, plus any applicable charges for lost opportunities.

6. Refunds: Any remaining balance after the non-refundable fee and missed opportunity charges will be refunded within [insert number of days] days of cancellation notification.
